As a client you can expect respect, an attentive ear, latest information regarding to health and fitness. We track your progress with assessments utilizing different techniques to see where you stand at the beginning of the program to the end of that set period. The first thing you will be asked is what are your goals? we know people want fast results and this will eliminate any misconceptions and misunderstandings of expectations. With the right goal and the right mindset you will not only achieve your goal but surpass them. Our main concern is giving you the right program so you can perform better on the inside of your body so you can shine on the outside. Before doing any kind of training always consult a physician to make sure nothing is contraindicated preventing you from exercising. We do our best to make sure we provide a safe environment. During training you can expect to warm-up, work-out, and cool-down. You can count on having our full undivided attention during the session. Sessions last for one hour. In the event of an emergency we have first aid kits and CPR Certified. Your safety is our utmost concern.
Hard work will pay off we incorporate a lot of free weights, resistance bands, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbells, and more. We also do form running drills to help correct biomechanics to help you run longer, faster, and prevents injuries. Running can be enjoyable but you cannot enjoy it if you always hurt.
We also offer online training, via SKYPE so if you cannot make it for an in person session or you would like to strictly train online we can accommodate you with this service.
